We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail—both paper and electronic—ensuring timely and accurate handling in accordance with client service level requirements.
Pay $16.00
Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Open, prep, and scan incoming mail
Prepare incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP)
Process outbound mail using a variety of postal equipment, including inserters, postage meters, and computers
Handle outgoing overnight packages when required
Perform other tasks as assigned
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Basic computer and data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a mailroom environment
Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills
Flexible and adaptable to handle varied assignments
Ability to learn and follow multiple policies and procedures

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
