Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for Sorters with Forklift Experience
in the Florence, SC area. Hours are 7am - 5pm plus overtime as needed. Pay rate $15 - $18 an hour.
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Sorters with Forklift Experience to join our warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting materials, operating forklifts, and assisting with the efficient flow of goods throughout the facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining organized inventory and ensuring timely and accurate shipment preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, organize, and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Identify and report any product discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors.
Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a warehouse sorter or general laborer.
Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operation experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to [weight] lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
