WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
OLSTEN STAFFING - FLORENCE, SC
OLSTEN Staffing is assisting a well established company in Florence, SC area in recruiting for a current Warehouse Associate position. This is a temporary to permanent job opportunity. Hours are 7am - 5.30pm Mon-Thurs Overtime as Needed. Pay rate is $16.30 per hour.
Requirements for the current Warehouse Associate/Material Handler/Rollstock job include:
Performs material handling and support activities for production, shipping and receiving. Maneuvers rolls of paper weighing up to 1800 pounds.
- Receives materials from vendors. Posts receiving information in log and delivers material to proper address.
- Responsible for cycle counting. Will count raw materials and finished goods in specific locations weekly and record discrepancies. Determines problem areas and makes corrections.
- Maintains neat and straight inventory locations.
- Operates forklift and roll clamp in a safe manner. Works closely with Supervisors to prevent delays due to lack of material.
- Uses computer system to locate inventory items and input daily transactions to update inventory.
- Fill out work records timely and accurately.
- Assists in the monthly and year-end inventory.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Good reading and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Experience in shipping & receiving is preferred.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license

Pay Details: $16.30 per hour
