Paralegal

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Salary: $15.00-$19.00(based on experience)

We are seeking a Paralegal to assit a legal team with a variety of tasks. This is a full-time position!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.

  • Manage case files, documentation, and client communications.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of case progress.

  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals on behalf of the legal team.

  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, if needed.

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and processing legal paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred, but not required.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour
