Olsten Staffing is currently helping a client in Florence, South Carolina recruit for a Part-Time Secretary.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Part-Time Secretary to help support the day-to-day operations of a church office.
This position will play an essential role in managing the church office and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the church calendar, schedule meetings, and assist with event planning.
Prepare and distribute bulletins, newsletters, and other communications.
Greet and assist visitors to the church office.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Monday-Thursday
20-24 Hours
Pay will be $13.00 to start

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
