Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a copier installation coordinator. The copier installation coordinator is responsible for overseeing the installation, setup, and maintenance of copier machines. This role involves coordinating with clients, technicians and vendors to ensure that copier installations are completed efficiently and meet customer satisfaction.

40 hours week $18.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

    • Plan and schedule copier installation projects.

    • Coordinate with clients, technicians, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

    • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

  • Installation and Maintenance:

    • Oversee the installation, setup, and testing of copier machines.

    • Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

    • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to copier systems.

  • Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Identify and resolve issues related to copier installations.

    • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams.

    • Document copier layouts, hardware types, and configurations.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct quality checks on installed copier systems.

    • Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.

    • Implement best practices for copier installations.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in copier installation preferred.

    • Proven experience in copier installation and project coordination.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of copier systems and installation processes.

    • Proficiency with tools and equipment used in copier installations.

    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
