Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Ansonville, North Carolina to find an experienced and eager Administrative Assistant to join their growing team!
The local client is searching for an organized, responsible clerical worker with accounting experience to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Clerical Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials.
Maintain and update files and databases.
Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate party
Receive mail and packages from USPS, FedEx, UPS, and couriers; deliver mail to the proper recipient.
Organize meeting schedules.
Prepare paper copies, faxes, and other documentation.
Prepare mailings and packages for delivery.
Maintain files containing confidential information.
Photocopy and fax as needed.
Clerical Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize.
Organizational and customer service skills
This position will pay $15 an hour.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
